Here’s how we redefined luxury living with ReVillage, blending culture, innovation, and modern design. Through right market analysis, we adapted our design approach to align with shifting market demands, blending local culture with modern luxury to create homes that reflect the lifestyle aspirations of a new generation.
What began as affordable retirement homes transformed into upscale, customizable living spaces, creating sustainable, unique residences that attract a refined audience. We also provided sales services, helping connect the project with the right buyers.
Insights/Research
We started by looking into the middle-income retirement home market in North-West Turkey. However, as prices rose, we saw higher-income clients, including celebrities, getting interested, which led us to rethink our approach.
Inspiration/Concept
Inspired by the Ida Mountains, we decided to use local stone for the project, combining luxury and sustainability. We created the ‘Self Housing Concept’ to let homeowners design their homes with luxury features that match their personal style.
Style Definition & Feedback
As we refined the design, we moved from retirement homes to luxury retreats, responding to client feedback and trends. We focused on offering customizable, high-end features to meet the growing demand.
Implementation
We created 3D visualizations that helped us present the project to the upscale market, showing how important visuals are in turning concepts into reality.
Finalize Details
In this phase, we fine-tuned the design to make sure it matched the expectations of the luxury market while staying true to our sustainable vision.
Development & Delivery
The end result was a collection of luxury, sustainable stone houses that met the needs of a shifting market and provided an elevated living experience.
Sales Stage
We bridged the gap between luxury homes and the right buyers, using our tailored sales services. Through targeted social media campaigns, we generated leads and worked closely with our local sales team to make sure we reached the ideal clients and close sales. We successfully completed 8 sales within 2 months, contributing to our client’s successful sales performance.
