Islandi Thassos is our vision of summer living, inspired by the natural beauty of the Greek island of Thassos. We worked hand-in-hand with our client and the architectural team to create a space that not only respects the island’s charm but also offers modern homes designed to blend seamlessly with its stunning landscape

Insights/Research

The key to this project was understanding the land and its history. The surrounding olive trees, a symbol of the Aegean, became the centerpiece of our design. We took great care to integrate these trees into the design, emphasizing their importance in the local landscape. During on-site surveys, we also identified endemic plants in the region, photographing and adding them into our visualizations to stay true to the island’s essence.

Inspiration/Concept

Working alongside the architectural design team, we brought the beauty of the island’s olive trees and natural flora to the forefront. The warm, sunny atmosphere of Thassos became central to the project’s identity. Our color palette leaned on earthy pastels and subtle greens to complement the olive trees, with vibrant pops of red, purple, and orange to create engaging contrasts.

Style Definition & Feedback

We kept it local and contemporary in style. The colors, textures, and materials we selected were deeply influenced by the island’s natural surroundings. Throughout the design process, we received valuable feedback from the project developers, which helped fine-tune our vision and align it with the local market’s needs.

Implementation

The project’s outdoor and interior visualizations aimed to capture the setting of Thassos, with a focus on warm, sunny days. We created visuals that showcased how the homes would integrate into the landscape, providing future residents with a seamless connection to the natural beauty around them.

Finalize Details

After finalizing the design direction, we worked on the final details, ensuring that the project stayed true to the local environment while offering modern comforts. The result is a living space that balances aesthetics with practicality.

Development & Delivery

We delivered comprehensive floor plans, interior and outdoor visualizations, and 3D renderings, providing the developers with everything they needed to bring this vision to life. The project promises to offer affordable, eco-friendly homes on the stunning island of Thassos, with a design that’s as unique as the island itself.

We bridged the gap between luxury homes and the right buyers, using our tailored sales services. Through targeted social media campaigns, we generated leads and worked closely with our local sales team to make sure we reached the ideal clients and close sales.
